We've just released o-hcm, open source human capital management system based on ofbiz. It is a pre-alpha version with a reasonable set of features that should give you a good feel for the exciting features we are working on. Download it and try it out from SourceForge . Let us know what additional features you want to see in this application. The kicker is, it is completely integrated into the Ofbiz ERP suite and can fit right into Opentaps too.
